How to perform :
- Join the tip of the Ring finger of the right hand to the tip of the small finger of the left hand.
- Join the tip of the Ring finger of the left hand to the tip of the small finger of the right hand.
- Now join the tip of the Middle finger of the right hand to the tip of the index finger of the left hand.
- Finally, join the tip of the Middle finger of the left hand to the tip of the index finger of the right hand.
- The thumbs of both hands are kept apart and outstretched.
- Place the hands in front of your abdomen.
- Keep your spine and head straight, shoulders relaxed.
Benefits of Surabhi mudra:
- Surabhi is the daughter of the divine cow Kamadhenu who grants all our wishes. She also grants our prayers and secretes nectar ("Amrit") from her udders. This mudra represents the four udders of Surabhi.
